HOW IT WORKS

01. SELECT A SESSION

Indicate the session length that suits your needs: 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes. This allows for flexibility based on the complexity and depth of the topic you’d like to discuss.

02. COMPLETE THE INTAKE FORM

Upon booking, you'll receive an intake form to complete before our call. This will ask about your business and the specific topics you'd like to focus on during the session, ensuring we maximize our time together.

03. PREPARATORY REVIEW

Your responses will be reviewed and a preliminary assessment will be conducted. This helps tailor the session to your unique needs and allows for any preparatory research or content review.

04. CONSULTATION

On the day of the call, we’ll dive into your brand strategy, communications, or content marketing needs. Our discussion will be interactive and solution-oriented, providing actionable steps to move forward.

05. POST-SESSION FOLLOW-UP

Within 24-48 hours, you’ll receive a summary of key takeaways, recommended next steps, and any additional resources or outcomes we discussed during the session.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund; otherwise, the session is non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling requests are accepted up to 12 hours before the session without penalty; requests made less than 12 hours prior will be considered a late cancellation.

  • Once a session has been rescheduled, it cannot be canceled for a refund. However, it can be rescheduled again.

  • No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.

  • Due to the nature of digital products, any purchases are considered final sale and non-refundable.
